Hockey Big Day Out

Yesterday NPS had there Hockey Big Day Out. We were all hyped and ready to play against other schools.I was in the Ngatea Lions, we were in our starting positions ready to play then  ( whistle whistle) Everyone charged towards the ball. It took awhile but we finally got a goal. And the goals  went up from there. We won every game except from the finals, we lost against another Ngatea team by one point, but the whole day was very fun

In Marama we have started an enquiry called individual endeavour. My topic is about the shortage of bees in NZ and the world. I have been researching things about Why are our bees disappearing? How did they know they were disappearing? And how can I help? I am looking forward to investigating as much as I can and finding a way of some sort to help.

Moment In Time

Everyone's erging me to jump, I try to resist but something brave jumps out of me. The butterflies flutter out of me as I go down. The mist of the water flows through my face and glides down my hair. Just in that moment everything slows down.I can see little specks of dust shimming in the light mixing in with the mist of the waterfall. A loud crashing rumble of the waterfall hits the rock pools breaking the silence of the moment in time.
