- I feel like I have achieved my goals by increasing the amount of water that I usually drink, I drink three to four glasses of water in the morning two to three in the middle block and three in the afternoon.
- I have been reading before I go to bed to wind down and sleep well.
- I haven't been taking many brain brakes except for huff N puff because I have been so interested to do my work I just don't want to stop.
